When shopping for your laptop, use the following specifications to help determine whether or not your system will work with the course software. You may use either a PC or Mac but please be aware that if you decide to use a Mac you MUST make it dual-bootable with Bootcamp and install Windows (either XP or Vista) in order to use any of the Autodesk software packages (3ds Max, Maya and AutoCad). Windows Vista may be purchased at the bookstore for $20.

*note: You may use a Macintosh laptop only if
you make it into a dual boot laptop
